The focus primarily is on the cost of the new vaccine and who ought to pay for it. A further question might be added though, is the vaccine really necessary given that most deaths from cervical cancer occur in the third world, and we don't as of yet have data for how long this vaccine will last...

Never mind I'm sure a booster can be sold as well.
